At The Cove Skin Lounge, every treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because this is a small, appointment-based studio, last-minute changes and missed appointments significantly impact the business.

No Show Policy

No-shows deeply impact this small business.

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• After one no-show, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, just please give notice 

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Policy

Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience.

• Arriving up to 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
• Arriving 15 minutes or later may require cancellation of the appointment and applicable fees may apply.

Right to Refuse Service

The Cove Skin Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or failure to follow studio policies.
